Join us for Westfield State University’s annual Family & Champions Weekend and make memories to last a lifetime! Enjoy delicious food, live music, and a variety of activities for all ages. From DIY s’mores, crafts, lawn games, outdoor movies, trivia, paint night, and karaoke to our Harvest Fest featuring BBQ, local vendors, live music, a beer garden, hayrides, carnival fun, and more — there’s something for everyone. Don’t forget to cheer on the Owls at our soccer and football games!

Friday, September 26

Family Fun Nights (pre-registration required) — family trivia night, paint night, and karaoke bar (21+, cash bar available)

Saturday, September 27

Family Field Day Events — family relay races, 4v4 volleyball tournament, 3v3 soccer, and 5v5 dodgeball

Frequently Asked Questions

Registration says to include my student, but students are free. How do I add them?

There is a ticket option called “Current WSU Student” that will add a ticket but with no cost.

What does the $15 ticket price include?

The $15 ticket includes access to all events listed on the schedule, as well as all food options at the events. Ticket does not include purchase of special food items at the football game or alcohol.

Where do I get my tickets after purchase and how do I check-in?

Once tickets are purchased, physical tickets will not be distributed. Instead, attendees will provide their name at check-in. Everyone should plan to check in to receive their weekend materials.

Check-in will be located outside the Main Entrance of Ely Campus Center under the blue tent. Hours are Friday from 2:00–7:00 p.m. and Saturday beginning at 9:00 a.m. At check-in, you’ll receive important information for the weekend, including a campus map, schedule of events, and wristbands for entry.

Where do I park?

All guests for the weekend are invited to park in Commuter Parking Lots. These include the Commuter Parking Lot and Dower Center Parking Lots. Please do not park in the Visitor Spaces in front of Parenzo Hall, these spaces are reserved for the Saturday Admissions Tour Groups. No parking pass will be needed for the events.
